"Put me in coach, I'm ready to play today."

Bill Richardson as a baseball player for Tufts

When Bill Richardson was running for President I ask reporter Steve Terrell what song would be appropriate for Richardson's theme song. He answered, Credence Clearwater's "Put Me In Coach (Centerfield)."

Bill Richardson Rocks

My darling friend Judy Beth Yelsky nailed it when to the irritation of his critics declared the indisputable fact "My Governor (Bill Richardson) is a Rock Star."

I always always thought that the tie that Richardson wore in the photo on the left was wild and cool. The last time I spoke to the Governor was after shooting a public service announcement for the Census. Richardson was very generous to take time to make the TV commercial to promote the Census especially since I was involved and he knew of this blog. Before the shoot he had acknowledged me with a very curt nod. Afterward I approached the Governor to thank him. I was wearing a tie with woven alternating images of the Democratic donkey and the Great Seal of the U.S. Presidency. The tie was given to me from a friend who's father had received it from Lyndon Johnson. I took the tie off and gave it to the Governor. Richardson was humble and gracious in accepting the gift. "Cool tie." he said, thanking me.

Bill Richardson's Hands

"This is the end, my only friend the end" quote Ben Lujan

This is the end
My only friend, the end ...
So limitless and free
Desperately in need ...
the end

See you around Governor, thanks.

Spooky Bill Richardson.

Governor Bill Richardson is out of here in about thirty six hours. Although I don't think that talking about the blogging process is a good way to explain issues, I have to tell you all that most hits I get now come from photos. And since image searches are done by using words it is very important to title your web hosted images to match what people are searching for. The small photo of Richardson listening to what seemed to be one of his spy friends is weakly titled "small_spooky_Bill"
and the other small photo titled "wen_ho_lee" both could have been better titled something like "Bill_Richardson_CIA" or "Richardson_spy_China" ... that is, if I wanted to discuss how Richardson was allowed to do what he did as an international diplomat.

Bill Richardson and former Governor Gary Johnson while hunting. Gun control in New Mexico ...I don't think so!
Of course the words you use in a file (post) attract hits to a photo and the more hits a file gets the higher a image gets in the image search. So say I did a post about Richardson that became popular and I also used a photo of President Obama smoking (which I did do) within that post then when people searched for an images of "Bill Richardson" the photo below pops up in that search.

From Bill the Kid to Billy the Kid

As "Fat Bill and Me" approaches 100,000 hits Governor Richardson prepares for his last day in office. I don't know exactly what will happen to Bill Richardson, this blog or myself. But because I chose to only web host a certain amount of photos for this blog I am in the process of deleting many of the unsuccessful or unpopular photos of Richardson and re-posting the ones that might live for ever in cyber-space.
